Durostone is suitable to wave soldering and SMT process. It can achieve the precision required during the SMT machining process, and maintain its flatness in the reflow soldering cycle. The low thermal conductivity of the durostone prevents heat-shrinkage of the base board, to ensure the quality of reflow process.
Durostone materials have been developed for all procedures within the PCB assembly process. There are three main grades which are suitable for use in the SMT reflow and wave soldering processes, Durostone CHP760, CAS761 & CAG762.
These materials offer the following features: Excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures including the lead-free process.Low thermal conductivity.Excellent machining properties enabling the manufacture of complex design solder pallets.Good resistance to chemicals used in modern fluxes.
According to the market requirement,we have developed durostone sheet CAS761 UPGRADE with a higher temperature resistance level. The continous working temperature of UPGRADED CAS761 can reach 280 centi-degree and maximum working temperature can reach 350 centi-degree. And the chemical resistant performance is also better. The surface also looks much nicer.
